Challenging the Tequila Status Quo The tequila category is saturated with the same tired memes. We knew our hipster target could see right through an overused marketing playbook. So we conceived two global campaign options that challenged the way our audience looked at tequila. The first option took a swipe at party culture while focusing attention on the passion put into the product. The second option challenged our audience to expect more than the usual low-brow party cliches. Olmeca Altos chose the first campaign and engaged us to create their global toolkit for all on-premise, off-premise, digital and outdoor communications.
